Tasks
- As a specialist area manager, you will be responsible for the technical management of a team of 12 people. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the SAP IS-U team (module support), ensuring operational stability and promoting the professional development of employees.
- Project management of the SAP S/4HANA migration and the strategic further development of our SAP IS-U landscape are part of your area of responsibility.
- You will be responsible for planning, managing and implementing the transformation from SAP IS-U to SAP S/4HANA in close coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- You take care of the analysis, evaluation and design of system architectures and processes for the future-proof alignment of SAP systems in the context of the energy industry
- You will also be responsible for interface management and stakeholder communication.
- You will work closely with related departments, IT, management and external partners to ensure holistic project and system integration.
- Ensuring test, change and release management processes as well as the introduction of efficient project and support structures as part of SAP migration and quality and change management in the SAP environment round off your job profile.
Requirements
- You have a degree in (business) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in managing complex SAP projects, ideally in the SAP IS-U and/or S/4HANA environment.
- You also have in-depth knowledge of SAP IS-U and energy industry processes.

The Head of Department is responsible for the development, management and leadership of the department to ensure the operationalization of the enercity Group\’s strategic initiatives. In addition, the department head assumes project and budget responsibility for their department.
