Responsibilities:
- Compiling in- and external data to support management decisions in a volatile, complex and ambiguous environment as well as to support ENERCON’s growth strategy.
- Processing the data to develop meaningful and impactful analytics around markets (e.g., policies, customers, orders, etc.) and competitors (e.g., financials, products, business models, etc.).
- Displaying the data and results in a graphical and impactful way.
- Communicating the analyses to the top management as well as to internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining the data on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business informatics, mathematics or equivalent qualification.
- Profound work experience in a data-driven environment in a comparable position.
- Know-how in data management in a structured and digital way; experience in artificial intelligence or big data is a plus.
- Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German skills are advantageous.
- Team player with a structured way of working.
