(Senior) Engineer – Electrical Simulation Modeling (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Develop models of electrical characteristics of generation units to meet grid codes and guidelines
- Validate and evaluate wind turbine simulation models
- Prepare external model validation for certification processes
- Support stakeholders with simulation models
- Prepare and review technical documents
- Automate validation and verification tasks
- Participate in or support modeling and validation committees
Your Qualifications
- Master\’s or Dipl. Ing. in electrical engineering, with focus on power, control, or automation engineering
- Several years of experience in grid integration of generation plants
- Knowledge of power engineering, control engineering, or power electronics
- Experience with RMS or EMT modeling in PSCAD or DigSilent Powerfactory
- Proficiency in Matlab, Python, and familiarity with PSS/E, EMTP-RV, EMTP-ATP
- Experience in frequency domain simulation models is a plus
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Remote work opportunity up to 95%
