Your tasks:

1. Defining and collecting market-related data and information about markets, customer strategies, and products
2. Building forecasts leveraging internal and external sources
3. Developing and maintaining market segmentations by product, revenue streams, customers, and wind conditions
4. Synthesizing the market requirements to support the product, commercial, and business development strategies
5. Executing the Voice of Customer process to feed the growth strategy of ENERCON
6. Collaborating with the product management, sales, and pricing departments to identify key market segments and strengthen ENERCON positioning
7. Preparing regular market updates in the form of newsletters in coordination with other team members
8. Developing ad-hoc commercial and industrial strategies
9. Supporting key accounts strategies from an analytical point of view
10. Building a comprehensive competitive intelligence framework in cooperation with other functions to feed the company strategy

Your qualifications:

1. Degree in informatics, business informatics, mathematics, or equivalent qualification
2. Several years of experience in data management, preferably in an international environment
3. Know-how in IT data management and digital tools (Power BI, Tableau)
4. Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German skills are advantageous
5. Ability to navigate across the organizations, interacting with different functions and various profiles
6. Strong analytic skills as well as a reliable, precise, and independent way of working
7. Willingness to travel once every four to six weeks
