- Provide technical and managerial leadership and oversee the continued development of the System Administration team, which currently consists of 13 employees, as part of the SAP S/4HANA transformation
- Coordinate collaboration between business units, key users, process owners, and IT, and ensure an effective flow of information and decision-making
- Responsibility for analyzing, prioritizing, and implementing business and regulatory requirements for systems and processes
- Ensuring stable and efficient system operations, as well as the continuous optimization of systems, interfaces, and processes
- Developing employees, their skills, and work methods in a dynamic transformation environment
- Initiating, leading, and implementing projects, as well as developing sustainable solution concepts
- Supporting business units with complex issues and cross-functional challenges of high business relevance
- Contributing to the further development of IT service management processes
