A leading European technology and engineering organisation is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join its Digital Infrastructure function. This role sits at the heart of the business, supporting mission‑critical platforms used for advanced engineering, simulation, and secure digital products.
You’ll combine hands‑on Linux operations with modern DevOps and automation, working closely with software and project teams to design, implement, and operate robust infrastructure solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating and supporting Red Hat Linux environments
- Building and improving automation using Ansible
- Acting as a technical bridge between IT and development teams
- Supporting secure and regulated systems
- Taking full ownership of infrastructure solutions from design to operation
- Contributing to future private cloud and platform initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience as a DevOps or Linux engineer
- Excellent knowledge of Red Hat Linux
- Experience working close to software development teams
Bonus Points For
- OpenStack, Kubernetes, or private cloud projects
- VMware migration experience
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or sovereign cloud environments
