Join an international organisation undergoing a major HR digital transformation. As an Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and developing Compensation & Variable Pay, helping to establish efficient, transparent and standardised compensation processes across multiple countries.
Tasks
- Coordinate the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay, initially supporting the rollout across selected business units.
- Analyse local business requirements and translate them into solutions aligned with the global SuccessFactors design.
- Configure the Compensation & Variable Pay module and document system settings and processes.
- Create functional specifications, test plans and training materials.
- Work closely with local HR teams, international project teams and external SuccessFactors specialists.
- Support workshops, testing, training and go-live activities.
- Contribute your expertise to the ongoing digitalisation and harmonisation of HR and talent management processes.
- Help identify opportunities to optimise and further develop SuccessFactors solutions.
Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM and Employee Central is advantageous.
- Experience with additional SuccessFactors or SAP modules would be beneficial.
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach with a strong hands-on mentality.
- Ability to quickly understand new topics and work effectively in an international project environment.
- Excellent German (C1) and English (C1) skills.
