Join a specialist SAP consultancy focused on HR and payroll technology, supporting customers with the implementation, optimisation and development of SAP HCM solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Configure and optimise SAP HCM processes, including Payroll, Personnel Administration and Time Management.
- Support and develop existing customer SAP landscapes.
- Advise customers on process improvements and technical solutions.
- Take ownership of tasks and sub-projects across customer projects.
- Develop your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll.
Your profile
- Experience in SAP HCM consulting.
- Knowledge of Payroll, Personnel Administration and/or Time Management.
- Strong configuration and customer consulting skills.
- A structured, independent approach with good communication skills.
- German language skills suitable for customer-facing work.
