SAP CO FI Consultant in Bochum

About us We are supporting an internationally operating industrial manufacturing company in its search for an Inhouse Consultant SAP CO/FI. The company develops and manufactures advanced technical solutions for customers worldwide and is currently driving the further development and optimization of its SAP landscape. In this role, you will work closely with Finance and Controlling departments, contribute to international SAP initiatives, and help shape efficient, future-oriented business processes. Tasks Advise international and central business departments on the further development of Finance and Controlling processes. Configure, customize, and optimize SAP CO/FI within an SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA environment. Develop functional solution concepts and implement them as part of SAP rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze existing business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and develop practical target concepts. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, particularly SAP SD and SAP PP. Perform and quality-assure customizing activities for changes, corrections, and projects. Organize and conduct SAP user training sessions, workshops, and testing activities in collaboration with key users. Support international SAP projects, coordinate external consultants, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the SAP landscape. Analyze and resolve system issues while ensuring reliable and efficient operations. Profile A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in SAP CO/FI consulting, ideally in an inhouse or consulting environment. Solid hands-on customizing experience in SAP CO, with a good understanding of SAP FI and related business processes. Knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA; experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is an advantage. Good understanding of the integration between SAP CO/FI and other SAP modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured and service-oriented working style. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders. Very good written and spoken German and English. Willingness to travel occasionally, depending on project requirements. We offer An inhouse role within an internationally operating industrial company.
