About the Role Inhouse SAP SAP FICO Consultant Frankfurt | Hybrid | Up to €120k | S/4HANA | No Travel About the company Our client is a well-established, multi-billion € international pharmaceutical company headquartered in Germany. They are currently investing significantly in their SAP landscape as part of a major global S/4HANA transformation . This is a long-term opportunity to join an established business and take ownership of SAP Finance solutions within an international environment. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will take a leading position within the Finance workstream of the S/4HANA transformation program. Your key tasks will include: Designing future Finance processes in SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO, Product Costing, Reporting). Conducting fit‑gap analyses and supporting migration, testing, cut‑over activities, and hypercare. Harmonizing data, structures, and process standards across multiple international sites. Collaborating closely with IT, Accounting, Controlling, Operations, and local teams. Ensuring fulfillment of regulatory, accounting, and management‑relevant requirements. Acting as Finance Process Owner within the future operating model. Managing Finance processes, data quality, and governance. Serving as a business partner to various operational units. Your Profile Several years of experience in Finance/Controlling, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO and hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA. Experience working on ERP or transformation projects. High analytical capability and strong process and system affinity. Excellent communication skills, a structured working style, and a solution‑oriented mindset. Motivation to actively shape change and take responsibility for long‑term systems and process evolution.
