As the business continues to grow and invest in its internal IT capabilities, they are looking to expand their SAP team of 2 with a Junior SAP HCM Consultant . Working within a close-knit team of SAP specialists, you will have the opportunity to develop your SAP HCM expertise, gain exposure to a broad HR systems landscape, and grow into a specialist role over time. With discussions around a future SAP S/4HANA transformation already underway, this is an excellent opportunity to join the business at an exciting stage of its SAP journey. Tasks Support the maintenance, optimisation and further development of the company's SAP HCM landscape . Assist with SAP HCM configuration, support, documentation and integration activities across HR processes. Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to analyse requirements and improve existing system processes. Contribute to ongoing HR IT initiatives and future system enhancement projects. Support SAP Portal-related activities and connected HR systems. Participate in process optimisation and continuous improvement projects across the HR environment. Gain exposure to specialist areas such as Payroll, Time Management and Personnel Administration , with the opportunity to develop into a dedicated module expert. Profile Experience within HR processes, HR systems or SAP environments. Initial knowledge of SAP HCM is beneficial but not essential. Motivated to build a long-term career within SAP and HR technology. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from experienced SAP professionals. Experience with configuration, process optimisation or HR system support would be advantageous.
