About us SAP Authorizations Consultant (m/f/d) Location: Germany | Remote: 100% | About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Authorizations Consultant to join a growing SAP consultancy supporting a range of exciting client projects across Germany. You will work on SAP security and authorizations initiatives, particularly within SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, helping customers design, implement and optimize their authorization concepts. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who enjoys working directly with customers, contributing to diverse projects and developing their expertise within a specialist SAP consulting environment. Tasks Design, configure and maintain SAP roles, authorizations and access concepts. Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects. Utilise XAMS to support SAP authorization and security activities. Analyse authorization requirements and resolve access-related issues. Work closely with customers and stakeholders to deliver tailored SAP solutions. Participate in workshops, requirements gathering, testing and project delivery. Contribute to innovative SAP security initiatives, including potential AI-related projects. Profile 2–3+ years of experience in SAP Authorizations and SAP project delivery. Hands-on experience with XAMS is highly desirable. Experience working on SAP S/4HANA projects or transformation programmes. Previous experience within an SAP consultancy or customer-facing consulting environment. Strong German language skills (B2/C1 or above). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to work independently in client environments. Desirable Experience Experience with SAP Joule, AI initiatives or AI applications relating to SAP authorizations. Broader SAP security experience. Exposure to RISE with SAP.
