As part of this transformation, they are strengthening their internal SAP organisation and expanding their capabilities across Customer Service (CS) , Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) . We are now seeking an experienced Inhouse SAP CS/EAM (PM) Specialist who will play a key role in optimising maintenance and customer service processes , supporting S/4HANA initiatives, and shaping the future of a large, complex SAP environment. This position offers the chance to work in a global organisation , collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and contribute to strategic SAP projects with long‑term impact. Tasks SAP CS/EAM (PM) Consulting — Deliver functional consulting, application support and hands‑on configuration across CS, EAM and PM. Maintenance & Asset Management Processes — Analyse, optimise and further develop PM/EAM processes including technical objects, equipment, functional locations, orders and notifications. Customer Service & Cross‑Module Integration — Support CS processes and ensure seamless integration with logistics and core modules such as MM, SD and FI/CO. S/4HANA & Continuous Improvement — Contribute to S/4HANA enhancements, prepare functional specs, coordinate developments, support testing and drive process optimisation. Incident Resolution & Stakeholder Collaboration — Analyse incidents, identify root causes, implement solutions and provide user support, training and knowledge transfer to business stakeholders. Profile SAP CS/EAM/PM Expertise — Several years of hands‑on consulting in PM/EAM and CS with strong maintenance process knowledge. S/4HANA & Customising — Practical S/4HANA experience plus solid configuration and cross‑module integration (MM/SD/FI/CO). Stakeholder & Language Skills — Strong communication, independent working style, fluent German and good English.
