Due to recent project demand, they are searching for a new Senior SAP HCM Consultant. Tasks Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP HCM solutions. Analyze client business processes and translate them into SAP HCM solutions. Conduct workshops to gather requirements and deliver tailored solution designs. Integrate SAP HCM solutions with S/4HANA and other SAP/third-party systems. Provide expert guidance on best practices for HR Lead data migration, testing, training, and go-live support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP ERP, analytics, middleware). Act as a trusted advisor to clients, contributing to long-term relationships and value delivery. Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives. Profile 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM (PY/PA/PT/POM) External Consultancy background is preferred. Languages - Fluent German.
