Tasks Contribute to the efficient implementation and continuous improvement of the HR IT landscape. Provide consultation, optimization, and administration of HR processes using modern SAP applications such as HCM and SuccessFactors. Plan, organize, and execute HR digitization projects to enhance system capabilities. Implement and test new requirements or changes within SAP HR modules. Offer international consulting support for HR management teams and key users. Perform SAP customization and develop reports to meet organizational needs. Lead and manage HR-IT projects from inception to completion. Profile A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable professional qualification. Extensive expertise and several years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM and/or HR cloud applications. Proven experience in designing and implementing HR projects. Solid understanding of HR processes and workflows. Strong customization skills, preferably in SAP HCM. Initial experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage. Significant professional experience in HR-IT systems is highly desirable.
