- Acting as a trusted liaison between investors and EIP’s investment, portfolio management, finance, legal, ESG and operations teams to ensure investor enquiries are addressed effectively and professionally.
- Coordinating RFPs, DDQs, consultant requests and ad hoc due diligence enquiries with the Product team, contributing client context and making sure deadlines and investor‑specific requirements are met.
- Organising events, roadshows and on‑site due diligence visits in close collaboration with the Marketing and Product teams.
- Supporting presales and after‑sales activities, including making sure investors receive quarterly reports, portfolio updates and investment insights on time and that their follow‑up questions are answered.
