Supportday-to-day accounting operations,including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and payment runs.
Prepare, process, andmonitor incoming and outgoing invoicesin cooperation with our tax advisor.
Supportmonthly and annual financial closingactivities according to HGB.
Owncontract management, includingdocument handling, term tracking, renewal monitoring,andinternal
compliance.
Overseesupplier management,including onboarding, master data maintenance, SLA tracking, and price monitoring.
Maintain and reconcile ourinventory / asset base(hardware, equipment, software licenses).
Managecost center allocations,Spendeskapproval flows, and overall process improvements in Finance.
Support and contribute tobudgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
Support in building andmaintainingfinancial reports, KPIs, and dashboardsfor management and board-level communication.
Conductad-hoc financial analyses, business cases, and cost/ROI assessments.
Collaborate closely with Operations, GTM, Engineering, Leadership, and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations.

2–5yearsofexperiencein Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or FP&A — ideally in aB2B softwareorSaaS startup.A consulting background with strong numerical exposureisalsobeneficial.
Solid understanding of Excel modeling and financial analysis.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Confident in working cross-functionally and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient inMS Office (especially Excel) and digital finance tools.
Business fluency in English and German.
Strong interest in AI tools,preferablyapplied toFinance.
