ABOUT THIS POSITION
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner (m/f/d) with a focus on Learning & Development to strengthen our company culture and actively support employees in their professional and personal growth. You will work closely with various teams at Energy Robotics, including Engineering, Operations, Sales, and other business units, to provide HR support and drive learning initiatives.
YOUR TASKS
- Act as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on operational HR support.
- Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and day-to-day HR inquiries.
- Oversee and execute core HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Collaborate with People Operations on contract management, payroll, and administrative HR functions.
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment efforts as needed.
- Lead and execute learning & development initiatives tailored to employee growth and career development.
- Organize and facilitate internal training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.
- Identify individual and team development needs, designing targeted learning solutions.
- Select, manage, and evaluate external training providers and digital learning tools.
- Continuously refine and expand career development frameworks and professional growth programs.
- Support change management initiatives and strategic HR projects in general and especially related to L&D.
YOUR PROFILE
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in HR Business Partnering and/or Learning & Development with exposure to German labor law.
- Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment (startups, tech or SaaS preferred).
- Strong knowledge of modern HR methods, new work principles, agile methodologies, and talent development.
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to balance strategic planning and operational execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
