ABOUT THIS POSITION

YOUR TASKS

• You have functional leadership over a dedicated development squad focused on the needs of the Oil & Gas industry.
• You receive input on strategic market needs and urgent bug reports from company stakeholders such as Customer Success Team, as well as directly from customers, and prioritize what needs to be addressed first.
• You discuss the go-to-market strategy and your team\’s roadmap with the VP of Product.
• You dive deep into the intricacies and interdependencies of our Software as a Service product to make informed decisions and set priorities for your squad with the goal to maximize product value to the target market.
• You collaborate with Technical Leads to define development tasks, estimate the required effort, and identify potential obstacles that could impact our development strategy and objectives.
• You plan, track and manage development sprints of your dedicated squad.

YOUR PROFILE

• 2–5 Years experience in product management or product ownership in software development.
• Willingness to dive deep into complex technology.
• Preferably, experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) product development or management.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in B2B software product management would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira is a plus.

HELPFUL ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with customers from the Oil & Gas Industry.
