Our client is a well-established Microsoft Dynamics consultancy with a strong presence across Switzerland.
Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, they are looking to appoint an experienced
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Finance Consultant to join their consulting team.
Working alongside clients across manufacturing, distribution, retail and professional services, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations, optimising financial processes, and supporting organisations throughout their digital transformation journeys.

Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
- Configure and implement Finance modules within D365 F&O.
- Advise clients on best practices and standard Microsoft functionality.
- Support solution design, fit-gap analysis and process optimisation.
- Assist with data migration, testing and user acceptance activities.
- Deliver user training and provide post-go-live support.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants and Project Managers to deliver successful projects.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor.
- Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant.
• Strong functional knowledge of the Finance modules, including
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Cash & Bank Management
- Budgeting
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with business stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous consulting experience is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Switzerland when required.
