Head of Production to lead manufacturing operations and drive the next phase of operational performance.
The Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a business where manufacturing sits at the heart of its success.
You'll lead high-performing production teams, influence manufacturing strategy and play a key role in improving productivity, quality, safety and operational excellence across the site.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have the autonomy to implement change, develop your people and help shape the future of a modern manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop Production Managers, Supervisors and production teams.
Deliver KPIs across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Optimise production planning, capacity and operational performance.
Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Maintenance teams.
Lead operational improvement and manufacturing transformation projects.
Ensure compliance with GMP, Health & Safety and Quality standards where applicable.
- Required Experience Proven leadership experience within
- Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical or Chemical Manufacturing . Previous experience as a
Head of Production, Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Plant Manager or Operations Manager .
Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience driving Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence.
Knowledge of regulated manufacturing environments and quality systems is highly desirable.
