- Create business concepts, user stories, process models, and decision templates and support implementation through customer acceptance
- Support workshops, interviews, and requirements analysis

Требования:
- Degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in a comparable role
- Strong knowledge of analyzing, structuring, and documenting business requirements
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Fluent German and very good English
- Strong communication and moderation skills
- Analytical thinking and enjoyment of working with diverse stakeholders
- Nice to have: experience in digitalization, automation, or transformation projects
