Задачи:

• Gather intelligence from corporate executives and middle managers about needs and future growth
• Partner with application and infrastructure delivery leaders to ensure initiatives are understood and scoped to meet business needs
• Evaluate, experiment with, and recommend opportunities to enhance software, hardware, and IT processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into requirements and features
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
• Compile and distribute artifacts for scoping and traceability
• Partner with the IT Quality Assurance organization to identify and evaluate business use cases for testing procedures
• Consult with stakeholders and the IT department on new technology and its industry implications
• Document and execute organizational change management and business readiness activities for end users of new systems and processes.

Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in an Analyst position related to information technology and/or finance
• Relational understanding of ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, HRIS such as Workday, and PLM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Office Productivity Tools, Microsoft Office 365, business process management tools, Visio, Jira, or other project management tools
• High performance orientation, self-motivation, and focus on continuous improvement
