• Continuously develop and optimize the CRM and Lifecycle Strategy
• Build and further develop scalable Customer Journeys and Automations
• Own the CRM Roadmap and drive the Personalization and Segmentation Strategy
• Develop CRM initiatives to increase Retention, Customer Lifetime Value, and Loyalty
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, BI, and Tech teams to optimize the Customer Experience
• Establish a data-driven Test and Experimentation Culture within CRM
• Design analyses and translate insights into Business Decisions and Campaign Optimization
• Plan, organize, prioritize, and implement multiple projects simultaneously
• Coordinate with other teams to optimize the CRM Strategy and Marketing Activities
