• Review and process smaller invoices for maintenance, repairs, and chimney sweeping;
• Follow up on outstanding items and communicate with trade partners;
• Maintain data in SAP and Salesforce;
• Provide administrative support to Finance Managers.

• Accuracy, motivation, and a structured approach;
• Team-oriented, willing to learn, and reliable;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
