Задачи:
- Conduct detailed financial due diligence analyses for corporate acquisitions and divestments
- Analyze historical financial data and business plans to derive valuation insights
- Support carve-out processes by generating and evaluating financial data for business units
- Assist in the commercial assessment of purchase price mechanisms within sale and purchase agreements
- Collaborate with project teams to advise clients throughout all phases of a transaction
Требования:
- Degree in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field with a focus on corporate finance
- Initial practical experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial modeling
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in German at C1 level
- Fluency in English at B2 level
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to adapt to dynamic project environments
- Nice to have: Exposure to Alteryx or VBA
