• Identify customer needs by understanding customer behaviour and how features work globally to create data-driven stories and content that drive conversion;
• Drive impactful go-to-market product launches by developing audience, messaging, and communication strategies;
• Develop research plans to uncover customer insights, steer and validate product and marketing roadmaps, and monitor the competitive landscape;
• Work with the Marketing team to develop campaign calendars that drive engagement across the funnel, from acquisition to retention;
• Own tone of voice and style guides for Germany, adapting global campaigns to local nuances;
• Deliver campaigns focused on growth and business impact.

Требования

• Fluency in English and German;
• 3+ Years of creative experience in B2C marketing in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience leading regional marketing efforts for a global brand;
• Knowledge of markets and the competitive landscape in the fintech or payments industry;
• Expertise in developing stories and compelling content to drive conversion;
• Experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex campaigns involving cross-functional teams;
• Strong track record of planning and creating editorial and commercial content;
• Ability to analyse and distil data into actionable insights for campaign strategy and product development;
• Solid understanding of growth KPIs and commercial metrics;
• Experience developing campaigns with influencers or affiliates;
• Charismatic, people-oriented, and able to work in an evolving growth environment;
• Nice to have: Experience running digital and traditional media campaigns.
