Задачи:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
- Manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
- Control budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, and CPL
- Continuously test audiences, creatives, placements, and messaging
- Ensure accurate tracking with Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, and conversion events
- Analyze data and derive concrete optimization measures
- Identify scaling and growth opportunities
- Act as the main paid advertising contact for assigned clients
- Set up and continuously manage advertising accounts
- Coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Collaborate closely with Design, Copy, and Social Media
- Provide data-based performance feedback on creatives
- Create and present weekly and monthly reports
- Clearly communicate results, learnings, and next steps.
Требования:
- Experience as a Performance Marketer or Paid Ads Specialist
- Mandatory C2 German proficiency, written and spoken
- Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience managing multiple ad accounts in parallel
- Strong understanding of targeting and retargeting
- Strong understanding of funnel strategies
- Strong understanding of budget planning and scaling
- Analytical, performance-driven mindset
- Structured and reliable working style
- Confident communication with clients and teams
- Nice to have: Experience with Amazon Ads, experience with ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or Trello, agency experience, ability to evaluate and guide creatives based on data.
