The company is a growing B2B SaaS business in Berlin that provides a shared cloud platform for multiple product engineering teams.
Задачи
- Build and evolve shared platform infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes
- Design scalable and reliable environments for multiple product engineering teams
- Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Develop platform tooling and automation in Go and/or Python
- Build and improve CI/CD and GitOps workflows
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and environment management
- Improve Kubernetes reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Create reusable platform components and engineering standards
- Improve observability across cloud infrastructure and services
- Reduce manual operational work through automation and self-service tooling
- Support engineering teams with deployment, infrastructure, and production challenges
- Help shape the technical direction and architecture of the platform as the company scales.
Требования
- 5+ Years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of AWS
- Strong knowledge of Terraform
- Experience with Go and/or Python
- Experience with GitOps
- Experience with CI/CD
- Knowledge of Linux and cloud-native infrastructure
- Strong understanding of distributed production environments
- Nice to have: Argo CD / Flux, Helm, Backstage, Prometheus / Grafana / OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes Operators, Crossplane, AWS EKS, Docker / container platforms, Platform APIs, Internal Developer Platforms, experience building self-service infrastructure for engineering teams.
