- Turn concepts into high-fidelity prototypes, product flows, and polished interfaces
- Shape strong product concepts from vague input and design for the whole product
- Frame unclear problems and set hypotheses
- Guide teams from initial questions to a clear product direction
- Run workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions with Product, Research, Engineering, and Business
- Coordinate stakeholder involvement throughout the discovery process
Требования:
- Deep knowledge of design fundamentals and ability to produce high visual quality
- Ability to explain design choices and their impact
- 6+ Years of experience in product design
- Strong discovery and design work to show
- Portfolio of discovery-led case studies demonstrating strong thinking and high-quality design
- Strong product thinking and collaboration skills across Product, Research, Engineering, and Business
- High standards, low ego, and ability to challenge weak ideas constructively
- Comfortable working with uncertainty and without a clean brief
- Fluent English
- German at C1+ level
