Задачи

• Own entry-into-relationship checks, including identity, fraud, and sanctions rules for onboarding customers across countries and business types;
• Design AI-driven agentic compliance workflows that automate routine checks and reserve human judgment for exceptional cases;
• Simplify periodic reviews for high-risk customers while reducing friction without compromising rigor;
• Modernize the onboarding stack by migrating Ops reviewers from a legacy tool to a purpose-built workflow platform;
• Partner daily with Ops to deliver changes that shape the work of a large global operations team.

Требования

• Experience shipping products in KYC, AML, fraud, or another regulated domain;
• Ability to translate complex regulatory logic into clear, buildable workflows;
• Experience partnering closely with operations teams and designing for daily tool users;
• Experience using AI to build faster and interest in designing agentic workflows that automate real decisions;
• Fluent English.
