Задачи:

• Define the roadmap for marketplace data infrastructure;
• Own the product direction for matching and merge systems, including precision and recall trade-offs, object and unit modeling, and feedback loops;
• Build and evolve the data quality scoring framework;
• Shape accommodation data discoverability across LLM platforms, conversational search, and generative AI;
• Enrich partner data through image embeddings, content enrichment, and format migrations;
• Prioritize initiatives, defend product bets with evidence, and own the outcomes;
• Run marketplace data infrastructure, including bets, trade-offs, and results;
• Decide what to build, stop, or not start, and support decisions with data;
• Collaborate with Data Science and ML Engineering on production systems;
• Evaluate models, define metrics, and challenge assumptions;
• Translate infrastructure outcomes for C-level stakeholders and present to senior leadership;
• Work with Search & Discovery, Partner Integrations, and Commercial teams to turn data improvements into user-facing impact;
• Track AI development and plan how the data layer should evolve.

Требования:

• Owned data-intensive or infrastructure products and demonstrated impact through conversion, revenue, efficiency, or data quality metrics;
• At least 2 years of experience in a senior or lead product management role;
• Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, multi-provider data aggregation, two-sided platforms, and real-world supply data;
• Hands‑on experience with Data Science or ML Engineering on production ML systems;
• Comfortable with SQL and modern data tools such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Superset;
• Understands A/B testing methodology, including hypotheses, statistical significance, and interpretation;
• Clearly communicates complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: experience in travel, accommodation, or e-commerce marketplaces, knowledge of accommodation data structures, understanding of structured data, schema.org, and discoverability principles, experience with AI-assisted tools, API design or partner integration experience, background in business development, operations, or commercial roles.
