SPREAD is a Berlin-based startup developing agentic engineering intelligence software for manufacturing companies. Its AI-powered Product Twin software suite helps engineers find, understand, and apply product information faster by integrating fragmented product data across systems and departments.
Задачи:
- Own positioning and messaging for SPREAD's platform, turning engineering intelligence into value propositions for engineering leaders
- Build and maintain competitive intelligence across the PLM and engineering data landscape
- Turn competitive insights into battle cards and objection-handling guides for Sales
- Create sales enablement assets that shorten enterprise sales cycles and improve win rates
- Partner with Product and Engineering on go-to-market for product releases, connecting launches to measurable customer outcomes
- Develop thought leadership content for deeply technical audiences
- Partner with Growth and GTM Ops on campaign messaging and account targeting
- Represent SPREAD at industry events and customer conversations with engineering leaders
Требования:
- 5+ Years of experience in B2B product marketing or technical product management for enterprise software or complex technical products
- Hands-on ownership of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market
- Technical fluency through an engineering or technical degree or deep experience managing or marketing highly technical products
- Ability to discuss data architectures, PLM tool landscapes, and software-defined product development credibly
- Experience building sales enablement for complex enterprise deals with €100K+ ACV, 6-12-month cycles, and multi-stakeholder buying committees
- Strong competitive intelligence skills and ability to articulate differentiation in the buyer's language
- Daily use of AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow automation
- Product marketing identity with the ability to partner with Product and Engineering while focusing on marketing
- Native or near-native English
- Working-level German
- strong English is sufficient if German is your native language
- Based in Berlin or close enough for regular in-office collaboration
