Задачи

• Coordinate UX, Design, and Engineering teams across design reviews, UX workshops, creative processes, and technical delivery
• Translate design intent and user experience goals into actionable development tasks
• Manage complex digital projects on time and within budget
• Define project success criteria with clients and ensure delivery against agreed goals
• Tailor and communicate project structures and methodologies for each phase
• Collaborate with team leads to estimate projects using suitable commercial models
• Develop project scopes of work and keep projects within agreed boundaries
• Forecast resource requirements and support proactive resource planning
• Maintain alignment across UX, UI, and Engineering throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and refine acceptance criteria
• Track project progress, burn rates, and financial status using AKQA's management information system
• Identify and resolve potential project overruns and financial issues
• Author accurate Project Status Reports and submit them on time
• Present and communicate project information to internal teams and external clients
• Manage suppliers, partners, and client teams to achieve optimal outcomes
• Keep stakeholders informed and manage expectations proactively
• Improve AKQA’s delivery practices, processes, and team efficiency

Требования

• Proven experience leading complex digital projects, including websites, e-commerce platforms, or mobile applications
• Experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner in an agile delivery environment
• Experience collaborating closely with UX and Design teams
• Understanding of design processes, user research cycles, and creative workflows
• Ability to manage and protect design quality throughout a project
• Ability to navigate UX, UI, and technical implementation and communicate credibly with each discipline
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and adaptability
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong business acumen and sound judgment
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to quality
• Excellent attention to detail
• Commitment to high standards of excellence and integrity
• Fluent English
• Nice to have: German.
