Encore provides event technology and technical production services for corporate staging and broadcast events.

Задачи

• Prepare and communicate technical production and labour schedules, sub-rental requirements, project scope, execution plans and responsibilities
• Determine and secure the resources required to complete each project
• Attend client meetings, maintain show documentation and respond to client concerns and questions
• Monitor and adjust project scope throughout the event planning process
• Assist sales and operations teams in determining equipment needs and technical solutions
• Assist with creating technical diagrams
• Review sales documents to confirm that equipment and technical positions meet client needs
• Develop and maintain client relationships and provide customer service
• Lead technical teams at events
• Ensure that required HSE documentation, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements, is prepared and communicated before event execution
• Act as project leader and onsite client contact throughout the event
• Manage technical execution from load-in through run of show to load-out
• Own inventory management throughout the event
• Communicate the project plan and client expectations to the event team
• Manage onsite schedule, equipment and workforce changes
• Mentor Encore Team Members on event execution and best practices
• Ensure compliance with Technical Standards and Production Standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements by team members and subcontractors
• Follow up with clients onsite to confirm that needs are met and equipment setup works properly
• Assist with creating, analysing and executing project budgets
• Manage event costs against budget and communicate onsite changes to sales for billing
• Assist with completing post-event client invoices and securing prompt payment of external vendors
• Ensure compliance with Encore Policies and Procedures
• Complete post-event reporting, verify workforce hours and ensure outsourced equipment is returned
• Participate in developing Project Management SOPs
• Review and analyse proposed events as required

Требования

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ Years of technical experience in the Corporate Staging or Broadcast industry
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong technical background
• Strong client relationship skills
• Familiarity with budgets and cost control
• Operational logistics experience
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple complex job functions in a fast-paced environment
• MS Office experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% may be required
• Nice to have: Project Management experience, 1+ year of supervisory experience, technical diagram knowledge and experience.
