Задачи
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for admin panel development
- Gather and prioritize requirements across multiple business domains, aligning them with internal processes and goals
- Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
- Work with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements
- Conduct reviews and demos with stakeholders to gather feedback and validate progress
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and departments to ensure clear communication and shared understanding of requirements
- Prioritize and refine the product backlog based on feedback, dependencies, and evolving business needs
- Support the development team in resolving blockers and ensuring smooth delivery
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence
Требования
- 4+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for understanding complex business processes, identifying issues, and proposing solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously
- Ability to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements
- Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong decomposition skills
- Good knowledge of Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence
- Experience creating wireframes using Miro, draw.io, Balsamiq, or similar tools
- Structured, process- and result-oriented approach with a practical problem-solving mindset
