Задачи
- Administer and operate Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace cloud services
- Resolve technical issues within M365 and Google Workspace environments (2nd level support)
- Plan and execute cloud-to-cloud and on-premises-to-cloud migration projects
- Develop and implement customer-specific migration strategies
- Monitor the availability and performance of cloud services
- Document solutions in the knowledge base and provide training for 1st level support
- Support IT security policies within M365 and Google Workspace environments.
Требования
- Several years of experience in IT system administration, cloud engineering, or as a cloud administrator
- Completed vocational training or a degree in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, Computer Science)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Azure
- Experience with ticketing systems like Halo or Jira
- Proficient in Windows, MacOS, and Linux
- German (C1) and English (B2) language proficiency
- Analytical thinking, structured working style, and team spirit
- Nice to have: Knowledge of managed services environments.
