amber develops business AI for European companies. Its platform makes internal knowledge immediately usable and enables intelligent agents to work on a shared context layer, helping teams work faster, streamline handovers, and retain organizational knowledge.

Задачи:

• Automate the product and setup processes to reduce manual workload at amber;
• Collaborate with the Development team to optimize daily deployments of new software versions and resolve technical issues;
• Design, implement, and document improvements to security measures for customers and external audits;
• Scale deployments for dozens of customers, including large databases, container orchestration, and cloud-native tools;
• Monitor incident response, perform root-cause analysis, and recover services to minimize downtime;
• Set up and maintain robust monitoring and alerting to proactively detect and resolve platform issues;
• Complete assigned tasks reliably and take end-to-end ownership.

Требования:

• Professional experience with Linux-based systems;
• Experience deploying and managing workloads across multiple cloud providers;
• Practical experience with K8s management, container orchestration, and related cloud-native technologies;
• Strong understanding of development and operations cycles, including CI/CD pipelines;
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform;
• Experience managing data streams with tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or Prometheus;
• Confident and effective communication with different stakeholders in German and English;
• Strong ambition and a mindset that puts team goals above ego;
• Basic programming skills and confidence with Java or Python;
• Candidates must reside in Germany;
• Nice to have: Windows Server, Rust or Go.
