- Build and develop finance and accounting structures in cooperation with the Accounting Lead and CFO;
- Advance and automate finance processes;
- Monitor revenue, costs, and expenses;
- Improve financial and liquidity planning;
- Manage incoming and outgoing invoice flows;
- Coordinate approval processes and independently ensure payment transactions;
- Reconcile accounts and proactively resolve payment discrepancies with suppliers and business partners;
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements;
- Support internal and external reporting;
- Coordinate with business partners, specialist departments, and management.
Требования
- Completed degree in business administration with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Controlling, or relevant commercial training;
- Process-oriented mindset and interest in improving existing structures;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets;
- Fluent German (C2);
- Fluent English (C1);
- Strong communication skills and confidence;
- Ability to work across departments;
- Quick comprehension and conceptual and analytical skills;
- High reliability and a thorough, conscientious working style;
- Nice to have: Experience with common finance tools such as DATEV, knowledge of VAT law.
