Задачи

Design and adapt assets for Social Media, Performance Marketing, CRM, E-Commerce, PR, Retail, and other marketing touchpoints, including required sizes, formats, language versions, and variants; Contribute visual references, ideas, and design solutions with the Senior Graphic Designer, Art Direction, and the design team; Present design options to relevant stakeholders; Translate communication and business objectives from briefs into clear, appealing, and effective graphic assets; Create print-ready files for product packaging, seeding boxes, retail materials, PR materials, and other physical brand touchpoints; Adapt packaging designs within defined design systems and technical specifications; Check texts, colors, dimensions, image quality, bleed, and export settings for digital and print media; Revise assets based on consolidated feedback from Art Direction, the Senior Graphic Designer, and Marketing and Product stakeholders; Maintain clear file structures, consistent naming, version control, templates, and archive systems; Proactively identify and communicate missing information, unclear requirements, and potential schedule conflicts.

Требования

• 1–3 Years of professional experience in graphic design, or a strong relevant portfolio combined with education, training, or equivalent qualification in graphic design or visual communication
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Practical experience with Figma and Canva, or the ability to quickly learn collaborative, template-based workflows
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, image selection, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work within existing campaign concepts and design systems while contributing creative and relevant ideas
• Experience creating precise digital and print assets, including print-ready artwork for packaging, retail materials, or other physical communication materials
• Confidence presenting design ideas and options to different stakeholders and explaining creative decisions clearly
• Structured approach to files, formats, versions, and deadlines
• Strong quality awareness and ability to implement feedback efficiently
• Interest in beauty, fashion, design, social media, and contemporary visual culture
• Fluent German and English
• Nice to have: experience with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands, packaging design and retail assets, seeding boxes or POS materials, motion design, animation or short-form video editing, After Effects, Premiere Pro or comparable tools, photography, image editing or retouching, scalable templates, Figma components, AI-supported design tools
