B2B Clean Space is an international cleaning company that services significant real estate properties. It provides professional and reliable services focused on cleanliness and hygiene.

Задачи

• Attract candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Prepare and publish vacancy announcements and job descriptions
• Search independently for candidates on job platforms and social networks
• Make outbound calls and receive incoming calls from candidates
• Screen applications and candidate profiles
• Conduct interviews and candidate selection stages
• Build and maintain a candidate database and talent pool
• Maintain recruitment reports and analytics
• Set tasks for the recruiter and monitor their work
• Support onboarding and adaptation of new office employees
• Conduct training sessions for office staffConduct assessment and certification of office employees
• Support and implement corporate culture
• Organise internal team events and employee congratulations

Требования

• Russian C1 and English B2 level or higher
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and staff training
• Higher education
• Experience managing several vacancies simultaneously, including mass recruitment
• Proficient PC user with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication skills and proactivity
• Strong written and verbal literacy
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work with people
• Candidates without HR experience or without both language requirements will not be considered

Условия

• 5-Day workweek, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CET/CEST time
• Payments are transferred twice a month, strictly on the 15th and 25th
• Corporate training and a developed internal training system, including workshops
• A mentor is assigned from the first day
