Задачи:

• Ship 3 end-to-end growth projects every month to drive user conversion and paid enrollments;
• Build interactive assets independently using AI tools such as Claude, including custom calculators, skills reports, and pre-payment checks;
• Find, hire, and direct freelancers, video editors, and contractors within budget;
• Deploy and promote assets across the website, email marketing, social platforms, and sales collateral;
• Build attribution tracking to measure content engagement, audience growth, and funnel drop-offs.

Требования:

• Portfolio or case studies showing end-to-end projects personally built and shipped;
• Strong understanding of US adult learners aged 35–55 and the content that delivers value to them;
• Ability to build interactive tools independently using AI without relying on developers or designers;
• Experience sourcing contractors, negotiating budgets, and assembling resources independently;
• Fluent English at B2+ level.
