Задачи

• Develop and animate combat movesets;
• Provide feedback on the team's animations, integrate them into existing animation guidelines, enhance the guidelines, and communicate changes to the team to achieve the required quality;
• Represent the animation team in discussions about pipelines and workflow approaches, ensuring critical issues are resolved;
• Improve existing animations through feedback and constructive critique;
• Work with motion capture.

Требования

• 3+ Years of experience in animation for games or film;
• Excellent proficiency in Maya for animation;
• Strong understanding of animation principles and body mechanics;
• Experience animating for fighting games or a solid understanding of how to do it properly through industry knowledge and experience;
• Experience working with animation tools in Unity;
• Ability to provide feedback and set the animation vision for the project;
• Understanding of animation rigs and animation tools;
• Receptiveness to constructive criticism and an iterative development process;
• Strong communication skills;
• Deep interest in and familiarity with video games, animated films, and cinema;
• Nice to have: Rigging and skinning experience, art-related higher education.
