Smart Host is a B2B SaaS platform that helps hotels turn fragmented guest and booking data into actionable insights. The company is expanding the platform into a hospitality ecosystem connecting selected technology partners to improve the guest experience across the hotel journey.

Задачи:

• Conduct and lead user interviews with the Product Manager
• Define Jobs To Be Done and shape problem framing
• Synthesize qualitative insights and quantitative data into structured problem statements
• Challenge product direction early
• Co-create solutions with Product and Engineering
• Prototype solutions early and often using Figma and other fast tools
• Design system behavior, data flows, and edge cases beyond individual screens
• Own UX and UI from initial idea through shipped product
• Create high-fidelity designs in Figma with clear states, edge cases, and interactions
• Work closely with engineers during implementation to preserve quality
• Contribute to and evolve the design system
• Design components that engineers can use directly
• Bridge design and engineering to reduce handover friction
• Bring visual sensibility in layout, typography, and motion across touchpoints
• Provide reusable components, assets, and guidelines
• Use AI-assisted design workflows and prototype with AI tools
• Explore intelligent interfaces and emerging UX paradigms
• Consider how AI can improve user workflows through smarter interfaces and reduced manual work

Требования:

• End-to-end ownership of a product area, from an ambiguous problem to a shipped product, without supervision
• Strong discovery skills, including user interviews, problem framing, and insight synthesis
• Technologist mindset and close collaboration with engineering
• Personal exploration of AI tools
• show something built independently
• Strong prototyping skills and ability to make ideas tangible quickly
• Some branding, visual, or motion background
• Code awareness and understanding of implementation cost and complexity
• Curiosity and willingness to try new tools independently
• Clear English communication
• Portfolio with two or three projects demonstrating the design process
• Nice to have: previous experience with B2B SaaS scale-up, hospitality
