Podimo is a European podcasting platform offering exclusive originals, audiobooks, and podcasts through a seamless technology-enabled experience. It produces, monetises, and distributes audio content while helping creators connect with audiences through a creator-first revenue-sharing model.
Задачи
- Gather quantitative and qualitative insights into user experiences and reasons for leaving the apps
- Design paywall strategies across web, iOS, and Android to convert new users and upgrade existing users
- Design cohesive value propositions for different audiences
- Design social sharing opportunities that bring new users to the platform
- Design onboarding experiences that help users discover new shows
- Work with the product design team to mature the design system across contexts
Требования
- Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to shape problems and form hypotheses
- Analyse qualitative insights and interview customers to understand motivations
- Communicate insights clearly so stakeholders from different domains align on problems to solve
- Design interfaces with clear information hierarchies and low cognitive load
- Choose appropriate design tools for each task, including Figma, Claude, spreadsheets, or pen and paper
- Take ownership of defining the right problems and designing the right solutions
- Have 7+ years of experience designing digital products
- Have at least a couple of years of experience in growth, subscription, or monetisation teams
- Have a portfolio of case studies demonstrating clear problems, hypotheses, solution iterations, and achieved outcomes
- Be able to work within the European Union
- Nice to have: Passion and knowledge of podcasts, audio and video content, creators, entertainment, and the media industry.
