Social Discovery Group creates digital products designed to help customers feel valued and addresses loneliness through a global portfolio of social entertainment platforms connecting people across cultures and regions.

Задачи:

• Lead the transformation and long-term growth of the product portfolio;
• Increase product profitability and strengthen unit economics;
• Improve LTV and conversion;
• Elevate the overall product experience;
• Shape the strategy of the core product portfolio;
• Determine the company’s biggest product bets;
• Influence company growth, revenue, and long-term competitive position;
• Shape the Product organization and build a team capable of delivering the company’s ambition.

Требования:

• 7+ Years in CEO, Chief Product Officer, or similar executive leadership roles within large-scale international businesses;
• Proven ownership of a product portfolio;
• Proven experience developing long-term product strategy;
• Tangible results driving company revenue and profit growth;
• Strong background in consumer tech, mobile apps, subscription models, dating, entertainment, fintech, or social platforms;
• Experience leading multi-level product teams, including product directors, product owners / P&L owners, and team leads;
• Experience with high-load consumer systems, global audiences, and multi-brand product portfolios;
• Fluent Russian and English.
