Life Data Lab is a healthcare technology company developing Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and related solutions for clinical laboratories, diagnostic organizations, and healthcare providers. Its products help laboratories automate workflows, improve data accuracy, integrate with healthcare systems, and streamline operations across the testing lifecycle.

Задачи:

• Manage software development projects from planning through delivery;
• Coordinate work across development, QA, business analysis, and implementation teams;
• Monitor project timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies;
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders;
• Participate in requirements discussions and solution design activities;
• Help translate business needs into technical requirements;
• Support product implementation and integration initiatives;
• Track project progress and ensure successful delivery of project milestones;
• Identify and resolve project blockers and risks;
• Contribute to process improvements and project management best practices.

Требования:

• 3+ Years of experience in Project Management, Technical Project Management, Delivery Management, or a similar role;
• Strong understanding of software development processes and project delivery;
• Technical background or previous hands-on experience in software development, system analysis, QA, DevOps, or a related technical field;
• Ability to communicate effectively with software engineers and technical teams;
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and software architecture concepts;
• Experience working with Agile environments;
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to work independently in a remote international environment;
• Nice to have: Experience in Healthcare IT, MedTech, Laboratory Information Systems (LIS/LIMS), EMR/EHR, or HealthTech products, experience managing integration projects, familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or healthcare interoperability standards, previous experience as a Software Engineer, System Analyst, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect, experience working with enterprise software products.
