Задачи
- Design and implement end-to-end test automation architectures using JavaScript and Python;
- Define automation strategies, including framework selection, tooling, and infrastructure setup;
- Build and scale automation from scratch, ensuring maintainability and reusability;
- Collaborate with Dev, DevOps, and QA teams to embed automation into CI/CD pipelines;
- Drive improvements in test coverage, execution speed, and quality metrics;
- Introduce and prototype AI-driven testing solutions, including test generation, self-healing, and quality insights;
- Contribute to presales activities through solution design, estimations, and technical proposals;
- Mentor teams and establish best practices in test automation.
Требования
- 5+ Years of hands-on experience in Test Automation;
- Strong expertise in JavaScript and/or Python;
- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch;
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern SDLC;
- Experience integrating automation into cloud environments such as AWS and Azure;
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to improve inefficient QA processes;
- Good communication skills;
- English at B2+ level;
- Nice to have: familiarity with AI-powered testing tools, experience with performance or API testing, exposure to Docker and Kubernetes, experience in presales or client-facing roles.
