Задачи:

• Develop and execute SMM strategies for the brand
• Manage social media channels and content plans
• Create and optimize content for TikTok, Reels and other short-form formats
• Develop new content formats, rubrics and creative mechanics
• Track social media metrics and optimize content based on KPIs
• Build funnels to generate organic and paid traffic through social media
• Launch and optimize paid campaigns across relevant GEOs
• Work with UGC creators, influencers and media partners
• Analyze competitors and implement relevant trends and best practices
• Write and edit copy, ensuring high content quality
• Brief and manage designers, motion specialists and other contractors
• Collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional teams

Требования:

• Experience in iGaming B2B, affiliate, crypto or fintech SMM
• Experience with SMM strategy development and execution
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and business metrics
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts and contributing to business results
• Strong copywriting skills and visual awareness
• Analytical mindset combined with creativity
• Experience with short-form video content
• Ability to work fast while maintaining high quality
• High level of ownership, attention to detail and initiative
• English B2+
• Nice to have: Experience with Mobcash, paid advertising and media seeding, working with UGC creators, influencers or PR, French or Arabic
