Senior Program Manager, Escalation Management and Prevention

DESCRIPTION
The Escalation Management and Prevention EMEA team covers abuse and fraud in Amazon EU and Middle East stores. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to investigate complex incidents of suspected intellectual property infringement and product abuse. You will work closely with brands, sellers, and vendors, and implement policies, tools, and technology innovations to protect customers, defend intellectual property, protect brands, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies. You will partner with numerous teams at Amazon including Brand Registry, Product Safety, Perfect Order Experience, Selling Partner Performance, Retail, and Seller Services. You will interact with Amazon leadership on complex investigations and you will improve the way Amazon protects customers from product abuse in various projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in program or project management
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master\’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
• Experience leading process improvements
